Returns and Exchange Policy
At Nicho Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange policy outlined below:
1. Returns
1.1. You may return any unused, unworn, or undamaged product purchased from Nicho Store within 7 days of receipt for a full refund.
1.2. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at nichostore@nicholsonriver.com.au to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number and further instructions.
1.3. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. Any product that is returned without its original packaging or deemed to be used, worn, or damaged may not be eligible for a refund.
1.4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
1.5. If you have received a faulty or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately upon receipt for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
2. Exchanges
2.1. We offer exchanges for products of the same or equivalent value if you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
2.2. To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team at nichostore@nicholsonriver.com.au to obtain an Exchange Authorization (EA) number and further instructions.
2.3. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. Any product that is returned without its original packaging or deemed to be used, worn, or damaged may not be eligible for an exchange.
2.4. Once your exchange request is approved and the original product is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement product to you. Any price difference between the exchanged products will be charged or refunded accordingly.
3. Exceptions
3.1. Please note that certain products may be non-returnable or non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons or if they are personalized or custom-made. These products will be clearly marked as such on the product page.
3.2. Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
